Flouting Gandhi Says Bangladesh HAKA, June 27, Reuter: Indian military Commanders are flouting Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi’s orders to cooperate with neighbors for ending insurgencies across their borders, Bangladesh Foreign Minister Humayun Rasheed Choudhury said today.
He told the Parliament that Indian forces killed nine Bangladeshi border guards last Thursday in Chittagong Hill tracts where tribal guerrillas are fighting for autonomy.
