NEW DELHI (PTI): The Delhi High Court has allowed Kailash Nath Aggarwal alias Manaji, an accused in St Kitts case, to go abroad for six months.

Justice Mohammad Shamim allowed Aggarwal to visit foreign countries where he wanted to “propagate Hindu religion.”

In May 1990, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had registered a case against six persons, including two enforcement officers, two foreign nationals God man Chandraswamy and Aggarwal for allegedly forging documents in the case.

The documents purportedly showed that Ajay Singh, son of former Indian prime minister,

V.P.Singh, had opened an account in St Kitts Island and that V.P. Singh had been the beneficiary
