NEW DELHI (PTI): The first batch of a total of 4000 troops committed by India for duty in strife-torn Somalia under the United Nations auspices will leave for Mogadishu on Aug.28.
An external affairs ministry spokesman Friday said that the first advance party would include medical teams and the troops dealing with logistics.
