(PTI) The Bharatya Janata party (BJP) on March 15 said India should not sign the nuclear nonproliferation treaty (NPT) as the nuclear issue was a global one.
Addressing a news conference here on March 15, party leader at all bihari Vajpayee said under no circumstances should India be a party to the NPT and if it does, he party ‘would oppose it strongly. I am in favour of a global solution as it is a global problem, he said ‘Adding that Pakistan has secretly made a nuclear bomb while china too possessed nuclear leapons,
