NEW DELHI (PTI): India Dec.2 ruled out any discussion with Pakistan on the Kashmir issue under the 1948 United Nations Resolu An external affairs ministry spokesman clarified that India considered the U.N. resolutions to be “irrelevant.”

Asked about an article published by a daily newspaper quoting Indian foreign secretary J.N.Dixitas Saying that India could consider such a possibility, the spokesman said it was based on an informal conversation Dixit had with the author. “It is an inaccurate reflection of what the foreign secretary had said,” the spokesman said.
