NEW DELHI, India: The five-member Sikh Panthic Committee has leveled serious charges against the Indian Government and alleged that it is trying to find an excuse to attack small neighboring countries. Sri Lanka Tamils were being imparted training, and the Indian army officers were guiding Russian troops in Afghanistan.

The Indian army according to the committee, was ruining the crops of Sikh farmers in Gurdaspur district.

In another statement: The Panthic Committee alleged that Mr. Harjinder Singh Shunti was killed by activists of the Hindu Shiv Sena \with the connivance of the Central Reserve Police Force.
