At last the morally bankrupt and ethically devoid judiciary system of the so-called democratic India upheld the special “kangaroo court” court’s decision and executed Bhai Harjinder Singh Jinda and Sukhdev Singh Sukha on Oct.8,1992 at 16:00 hours (MTS) or Oct.9, at 4:00 hrs. (IST). The martyrdom of these Sikh youths will be remembered historically by the Khalsa Panth with great respect and honor, The Sikh community of Canada and I strongly condemn the decision of your “Kangaroo” court and highly politicized Supreme court, where the facts are ignored and evidence is distorted at the initiative of the Chairman of the New Delhi administration’s Council of Ministers. This practice is not new and has been in effect since the Indian Gandhi administration, She had used the Supreme Court to her advantage when she suspended civil liberties in 1977, and Justice A.N. Ray became her Joe-boy, awarding the Judgement in his Prime Minister’s favor. In 1989, Indira’s son, Rajiv Gandhi, used the Supreme Court of India to send Bhai Satwant Singh to gallows, in order to avenge his mother’s assassination to which he had actually been a party with his haunchos, In this case, another Hindu bigot (Brahmin), Shanker Dayal Sharma, President of India, is believed to have played an important role to influence the executions as revenge for the death of son-in-law, Makan, who had initiated the massacre of Sikhs in New Delhi and other areas on Oct.31,1984.

Prime Minister, no God-fearing, peace and justice-loving citizen can tolerate the desecration of the holiest shrines of his faith, the humiliation of his brothers, sisters, children and elders which began on Aug.15,1947 and continues under your administration. As a result, the Sikhs will never forgive nor forget you, your colleagues, your military, paramilitary, police or intelligence services for the type of oppression, suppression, prosecution, persecution, lootings, and heinous crimes they are engaged in, Indeed, you and your parliament are actively engaged in the extermination of Sikhs and other non-Brahminical minorities in India, Finally, I would like to conclude that the above executions are another nail in the coffin of Hindu India.
