NEW DELHI: India had a field day on the ‘opening day of the fourth Asian junior table tennis championships at the Indira Gandhi indoor stadium in the capital on Dec 19th.
The boys’ squad trounced Palestine, which took south Yemen’s place in group D, by a 30 margin while the girls’ team scored a quick 30 win against Malaysia in group a after having secured a walk over from south Yemen in the morning.
(Chetan Baboor was the star of the home team’s boys’ Triumph. First, he set the trend. by defeating Yehya Abdulla Joubari 2113, 2114.
