NEW DELHI(PTI): A leading private thread and yarn manufacturer from India has bagged an export order of Rs 840 million from Germany, An agreement to this effect has been signed between Modi threads Lid and one of the largest manufacturers of cotton and synthetic yam and threads in Germany, a Press release issued by the Modi threads said. As per the agreement, the German company has agreed to provide the necessary technical support to Modi threads by training its technicians.
The German company has also finalized with Modi threads setting up of a joint venture company in Germany in view of potential demand for cotton and synthetic yam in the overseas markets, the release added.
