As part of the agreement on media cooperation, Kuwait is keen to send media personnel for training program in the field of mass communication on various training programs in the field of mass communication, audio-visual publicity, radio and television. The emissary, Bader Al Yaqoub, who held discussions with Bhatia and Faleiro, ministers of state for external affairs, called for India’s continued support at Security Council in ensuring compliance of all U N resolutions by Iraq.
