NEW DELHI, India: The Afghan leaders have accused the Indian Government of providing military assistance to the Kabul regime, it was learned in Islamabad on Sunday.
In this connection, Teheran Radio quoted “The Hindustan Times”, in which two separate interviews have been published by two Afghan leaders.
They have said besides imparting training to the pilots of Kabul regime, the Indian Air Force also takes part in the air raids of Soviet MIG jet fighters against Afghan Mujahedeen.
They said, “We do not like that India which is a member of the Nonaligned Movement should cooperate with the Soviet backed Kabul regime”.
They further said that if the Indian Government does not change its policy in connection with Afghanistan, it is possible that his issue may cause enmity.
On the battlefront, Teheran Radio reported that freedom fighters in a recent operation killed or injured a number of Soviet Kabul troops in Kargha area near Kabul and onto he Kabul Mazari Sharif Highway. Heavy losses were also caused to their military equipment.
