This is at the level of decision-maker and opinion-maker. The cities and metropolis tum out and propagate wrong-thought patterns, unhealthy life-style and misery loving destitute social groups. Filth and beggary are an integral part and a ubiquitous phenomenon of Indian city life. Thanks to the leper colonics in the Punjab, itself a non-leper state with all the residents who keep roaming about the Punjab villages, are 100 p.c. non-Punjabis and even nonIndian like Nepalis, These leper beggars are spreading leprosy in rural Punjab, where majority of Sikhs live, All this is no chance or accident, It is assiduously and surreptitiously planned in the ‘pseudo-speak’ spirit, for charity and good deeds, and like other diseases and pestilence which strike rural.

Life more frequently, is a matter of ElitistUrbanite vested interest. It is a trick of their social management policy that diseases and deprivations which can be cured and even eradicated must be allowed to prevail and even brought back if necessary like the come-back of malaria with a vengeance was helped by those Elitist-Urbanite groups which indulged in the black market sale of anti-malarial insecticides and non-reporting of cases of malaria. It is an irony of the Indian social scene that even DirectorateGeneral of Health, New Delhi, had been sending incorrect reports about malaria eradication to the Planning Commission, which woke up too late.
