SAN JOAQUIN, CA ‘It is often said that we came into this world alone and we exit alone a sad but true statement when applied to the life of Harjit Singh Nagpal.
Mr. Nagpal died alone in Fresno, Although he was a engineer, haying received his degree from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor his talent could not save him.
He married and divorced outside the Sikh faith that alone did not ‘seal his fate but left alone and depressed he gravitated to a rough group only interested in the fleeting pleasures of drugs.
Friends tried to help but their effort was all in vain separated from. family and friends he must have felt that there was nothing left to live for.
Last week, he found a final peace when God took his soul.
The Fresno sangat took responsibility for his funeral.
