Due to a sharp increase in mailing and production costs over the past two years as well as the new California tax on newspapers it has become impossible to put off increasing WSN subscription rates to $ 50 annually ($60’Canadian). We are confident that the Sikh community will bear with us and continue to lend ever greater support to this Panthic cause. ;
