SHIMLA: Mrs. Sheila Kaul took the oath as the Governor of Himachal Pradesh in the packed darbar hall of the Raj Bhavan before a distinguished gathering.
The Chief Justice of Himachal High Court, Mr. Justice S.N. Phukan, administered, the oath of office to Mrs. Kaul who is the first lady to hold the office of the Governor in the state, she is the 12th regular Governor of the state.
