NEW DELHI: Several Hindu organizations on Tuesday held a prayer vigil outside the US embassy here to protest against the reported U.S government decision to auction some temples in that country.
The organizations, including the International Society for Krishna consciousness, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and the Hindu Mahasabha, submitted a memorandum demanding reversal of the U.S. government decision.
The organizations also urged the Indian government to officially protest against the reported U.S. move.
