Chandigarh: Khairati Ram, a former head constable in the Punjab police and his brother Walaiti Ram, who had allegedly robbed the Sector 28 branch of the Punjab National Bank, disguised as Sikhs last month and were later Caught redhanded robbing another bank in Kasuli early this month escaped from the Sector 20 police lockup on Thursday night after making a big hole in a wall.
