WASHINGTON: Bhai Daljit Singh, the Head Granth of Takhat Sri Kesgarh Sahib recently visited Washington, D.C. and spoke at the various Gurdwara’s in the Tri State area. He stayed at the Gurdwara premises of Guru Gobind Singh Foundation, and addressed the Sangat on March 12 and then at the Sunday Diwan.
It was so inspiring to have him among us since he represented the blissful abode of our Tenth Master Guru Gobind Singh jee, as the head Granthi of the sacred seat of authority from where the Khalsa emerged as the beloved army of Akal Purukh to fight for truth, justice and equality of all human rights. The Khalsa, lives on, and will live and overcome the battles for human dignity and freedom from oppression, Bhai Daljit Singh jee, as he talked about the power of prayer, and the miracle of Guru’s word as enshrined in Guru Granth Sahib, impressed the Sangat.
