CHANDIGRAH India: The Haryana Government will move Punjab and Haryana High Court to get the stay vacated granted to Bhajan Lal, a Union Minister in a case registered against him for alleged corruption and amassing huge properties.
This was announced by Banarsi Dass Gupta, the Haryana Finance Minister in the State Assembly during the question hour. He disclosed that the papers concerning with this appeal are ready and it will be filed as the court reopens after vacation.
Mr. Gupta was replying to a question asked by Dr. Mangal Sien of B.J.P. He also placed a copy of the F.LR. lodged against Bhajan Lal on the table of the House and read out the allegations for the benefit of the members.
