CHANDIGARH: The Haryana assembly recently rejected the no Confidence motion moved against the Bhajan Lal government by the leader of the opposition Sampat Singh (SIP) and other members of his party.
The chief minister refuted the allegations made by the Opposition with regard to the construction of the canal the stand on water and territorial disputes with Punjab and grabbing by the present and previous regimes and the law and order situation in the state
