AMRITSAR: Former Indian diplomat in Norway Bhai Harinder Singh Khalsa has been appointed as Administrative Secretary of S.G.P.C. by its President Bhai Baldev Singh Sibia. However, Manjit Singh Calcutta also remains as Secretary. Bhai Khalsa took charge of his post soon after the appointment was announced.
