CHANDIGARH: Dharam wir Singh an AISSF activist has filed three separate Habeas Corpus petitions in the Punjab and Haryana High Court alleging that the police had illegally detained some youths over the past several days.
The petitioner alleged that Gurjant Singh Rajasthani of the KCF was taken into custody by the Ludhiana police, Gurpal Singh Muchal by Amritsar police and Keyal Singh of Khalsa Rajput an was also detained by the police but none of them had been produced before a Magistrate.
A.S. Chahal, N.S, Minhas and Navkiran Singh filed these petitions on behalf of Dharam vir Singh.
