THE Board of Trustees of Guru Nanak Foundation of America, Inc., the governing body of the largest Sikh Gurdwara in the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan area, located in Silver Springs, Maryland elected the following office bearers for the year 198889 in a meeting held on Sunday, March 20, 1988:
Chairman — Mr. Karam S.
Dhillon Secretary — Mr. Kashmir S. Dhariwal
Treasurer — Mr. Amarjit S. Sahni
Public Relations Officer — Ms. Jaswinder K. Singh
The elections were held in democratic and friendly atmosphere.
The foundation conducts its religious services every Sunday starting from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Gurdwara premises, 12917 Old Columbia Pike, Silver Springs, Md. and everyone is welcome to the Gurdwara for services and community lunch (Langar) at 1:00 p.m.
