Piari Sadh Sangat Ji, Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh! On behalf of the Governing Council of the World Sikh Organization and the Executive Council of the International Sikh Secretariat, Washington, D.C., I would like to take the opportunity, with the grace of Akal Purakh, to offer my greetings to you all on this sacred and historical day of Vaisakhi – The Birthday of Khalsa.

As we are well aware, the Sikhs’ fundamental human rights have ceased to exist within the Sikh As homeland, Punjab, Khalistan. Our brothers, sisters, elders and children are being held prisoner in Sikh homeland as a result of the police raj imposed by the Indian administrations since our own Operation Blue Star in 1984. Let us all unite and pledge ourselves to liberate our people, culture, heritage, political and religious institutions from the slavery of the bipran (Brahmin) or high class bigots. The Khalsa is sovereign and shall remain such. Mate the Almighty, Akal Purakh, give us strength and shower His blessings on the peace-loving people of the world.
