AMRITSAR, India: The Governor of Punjab, S.S. Ray, has ruled out the possibility of talks with the Head Priest of Akal Takht, Prof. Darshan Singh for any of the help to bring about the solution of Punjab problem, violent killings are on the decline ever since Governor’s rule was imposed in the State said Mr.
Ray while commenting that the satisfactory solution to the problem could may be brought about by tackling the lawlessness.
He said ‘that his government was * determined to prevent any body from practicing or preaching antinationalism Or terrorism in any place of worship.
