GENEVA, Reuter: The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has offered to hold talks with North Korea next month, if it receives a reply to its latest Offer on sharing the summer Olympics with South Korea, an IOC spokeswoman said. Spokeswoman Michele Verdier said the Committee received a letter on Tuesday from Kim Su Yun, chairman of the North Korean National Olympic committee.
