STOCKTON, Ca: Gen, Jaswant Singh Bhullar, Secretary General World Sikh Organization denied in a telephonic message Dr, Subramanium Swami’s statement published in a section of the Indian Press that he (Gen Bhullar) had given up his support to Khalistan and had agreed to take over the command of the Eelam Liberation groups in Sri Lanka. Gen.
