NEW DELHI, India Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi will spend two days in Hanoi beginning Nov. 26 on the first visit to Vietnam by a prime minister of India, the Press Trust of India said Saturday.
A previous report by the domestic news agency said Gandhi would stop in Hanoi for one day
For talks with senior officials before traveling to Japan for a four day state visit beginning Nov. 28.
The report also said Gandhi would go to the Persian Gulf state of Oman beginning Nov. 17 to participate in celebrations marking Oman’s National Day.
