NEW YORK: Dr. Gurmit Singh Aulakh was honored on December 301990 by Sikh Forum Long Island Gurdwara New York the day when they celebrated the Gurpurab of Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

Aulakh stressed the need for Khalistan as preached by our Gurus Raj Karega Khalsa and very much hoped that Khalistan shall be a reality before the year 1999

He also critized that all those activities being carried in Punjab which ban the sale of tobacco and liquor etc. and prohibit ladies from wearing pants are being done by the Agents planted by the Government of India. Sikh religion bans the use of tobacco and liquor to Sikhs but does not stop others to use it.

He stressed that freedom is the brighting of every citizen and Sikhs were unfortunately denied their freedom in 1947 when India was divided Sikhs cannot possibly live without full freedom in their country Khalistan. Dr Aulakh was presented with $ 8000 collected by the sangat Dr Rajinder s.uppal and dr. harsimran s.sabharwal made a joint appeal for the funds a part of conspiracy hatched by the foreign agents. He paid rich tributes to the late Iranian diplomat for his services during his three-and-a-half-year stay in Lahore.

Calling upon the government to take immediate measures for exposing the hands behind Ganjis murder the Jamaat Chief appealed to the Islamic Ummah to forge unity in their ranks to frustrate the nefarious designs of the enemies of Islam

The rally was also addressed by Lahore JI President Syed Asad Gilani and other leaders including Farid Ahmad Piracha Maulana Moeenuddin Shah.
