Jean Chretian said, “You have to make it clear you are dealing from nation to nation and make it ‘clear that Canadian interests are protected and defended Strongly by the Prime Minister of Canada.” He ‘Was commenting on Brian Mulroney’s foreign promise to push for reform at the UN, involve Canadians to contribute in World’s stability, review Canada’s foreign aid policy and an independent foreign policy.
