CHANDIGARH: Des Raja leader of the Communist Party of India Marxist and the headman of village Mauwal in District Jalandhar was killed by some freedom fighters at his home on February 3.
Another person Parshotam Lal was shot dead at Lohara village in Ferozpur. His driver Ajmer Singh was injured in the shootout.
Mohinder Singh was waylaid near Dulo Nangal village in Amritsar district by some unidentified people while he was travelling on his scooter.
A freedom fighter Takhat Singh fell into the cluches of the police in Bathinda district.
