BOMBAY: The Bombay High Court Judge Mr. Justice S.K. Disai, feels that “Balbir Singh’s’ acquittal by the Supreme Court, his earlier conviction by the Judicial Court and confirmation by the Delhi High Court indicated that the two lower Courts had acted under some pressure. The Judge of the Bombay High Court feels that no other conclusion can be drawn when the highest court of land concluded that the case was fabricated against one of the accused. Ina sharp attack on the quality of Justice being given at present Justice Disai asserted that the Judiciary was under immense strain at the moment and the corruption ridden police civil administration and politicians are trying to influence the Justice system. Justice Desai claimed that the corrupt officials and politicians do not like the honest judges. The corrupt political system tries to buy the justice by every corrupt means.
