NEW DELHI (PTI): K.V.K. Sundaram, former chief election commissioner, died here Sept.23, at his Anand Lok residence at the age of 88 years. He was ailing for some time. Sundaram, who belonged to the erstwhile Indian civil service, became the second chief election commissioner of India and occupied the office from 1957 to 1967,
