GUWAHATI: Five top members of the outlawed United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA) escaped from the Dibrugarh district Jail reports said.
The five who escaped are Dibrugarh “district commander”, Saurabh Gogoi alias Hridayananda Konwar, “district chairman” Jugal Kishore Mahanta, Shantanu Swargiari, Chabiram Rabha and Bhupen Kalita.
