STOCKTON, Ca.: The Sikh Sangat of Gurdwara Sahib Stockton resolved the impasse over the election of the Board of Trustees by nominating five neutral persons to conduct the elections of new management committee according to the Gurdwara By Laws and also look after the management of the Gurdwara till the formation of the new committee.
THE NAMES OF THE PERSONS ARE:
1, Thakur Singh Samra of Modesto President.
- Kewal Singh Pannu of Stockton Secretary.
- Jagmohan Singh Bath of Lodi Treasurer.
- Ajit Kaur of Stockton Advisor & I/C Langar.
- Harbhajan Singh Shergill of Lodi Advisor.
It was also resolved that nominations are to be filed with five the member committee by March 15. The members of the outgoing committee and all the names that were previously proposed for the new management by any side have been debarred form filing nomination papers for this year.
All the decisions were unanimous. There was no dissenting voice. The above decision was announced and confirmed by Jaikaras.
