PANAJI, GOA (PTI): The National Fisheries action committee has given a call for an “indefinite strike” from November 23 next (0 protest against ‘granting of licenses to foreign fishing vessels.” The entire fisheries sector including wholesale fish merchants and exporters would join the agitation, which included creation of a “blockade’’ around all foreign fishing vessels when they come for refueling at the harbor, an official, statement said here last week.
