OTTAWA: The election of delegations to the PC convention ended last Saturday. To win in the first ballot a candidate needs 1900 delegates and Kim has only 1,191 delegates in her favor. Environment minister Jean Charess has 702 delegates in Support according to Southern News. A survey by the Canadian Press showed 1,077 delegates with Kim Campbell and 580 for Jean Claress. Other candidates for the PC race Tumer Boyer and Edwards fall well behind.
