Amritsar — fire broke out at tis Akal Takht rest house in the Golden Temple complex here on Tuesday afternoon.
A fire tender reached the spot immediately and controlled the fire, according to SGPC sources.
The sources said the fire broke out in the power generating set located in a room next to the Akal Takht rest house.
The fire engulfed an adjoining building also and loss caused by it was being estimated.
