NEW DELHI: Indian big bull Harshad Mehta’s brother Ashwin Mehta has claimed the existence of a video film to prove Harshad’s close relations with R.K.Khandekar, personal secretary to the Indian prime minister who, it is claimed, was privy to the Rs 1 crore bribery paid to Rao by Mehta on November 4,1991.
