SAN SEBASTIAN: Soviet born director Andrei Konchalovski “Homer and Eddie” shared top honors at the 39th San Sebastian International Film Festival, the jury here announced on Saturday. The jury awarded the gold shell for best film to the US production and to La Nacron Clandestina by Bolivian director Jorge Sanjines.
