NEW DELHI(PTI): The Film An Promotion Society (FAPS) last week filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court challenging the constitutional aspects of Terrorist and Disruptive (Prevention) Act! In the petition, the society stated that the interest of public, workers of film industry, film producers and artists in particular were affected owing to prolonged detention of actor Sanjay Dutt It appealed to the Apex Court to declare as null and void relevant section of TADA.
