LUDHIANA: PHRO has alleged that the Punjab police killed Karaj Singh and Balkar Singh of Khalistan Liberation Force in a fake encounter as PHRO had already telegraphically intimated the Punjab and Haryana High Court about the arrests of the two youths. The K.L.F. activists were killed near Mao Sahebat Phillaur PHRO in another statement said that yet other youths Bhagwant Singh Maksudran and Sukhdev Singh Mangian had been detained by the police. The latter was arrested from IVX type quarters of PAU early this week. There is grave danger of these two youths being eliminated PHRO added.
