AMRITSAR: In a signed statement released by Panthak Committee to the press, which bears the signatures of Dr.Sohan Singh, Bhai Daljit Singh, Bhai Harminder Singh Sultanwind, Bhai Shahbaz Singh and Bhai Satinderpal Singh the govt. of India has been warned of dire consequences for its illegitimate, cowardly, unjustifiable act of hanging of two brave sons of the Khalsa Panth and has been asked 1 be ready to listen to the music. The killing of two young, self-respected Sikhs is termed as violation of the war ethics of Geneva Convention as no prisoner of war can be killed by the captor. As govt of India started a total war against the Sikhs on June 3,1984 and General Vaidya was responsible for killing of thousands of Sikh men, women and children pilgrims inside 37 Sikh historical shrines, punishing brutal army general was a justifiable act by standards of justice. But later on Bhai Jinda Sukha were arrested by the govt So they were prisoners of war and Indian regime had no authority to their prosecution and executing.
Panthak Committee has strongly indicted Indian judicial system for its mockery of the justice system and just being a subservient institution of Delhi masters, Panthak Committee has reminded all the Hindu administrators, police officers and judges who are responsible for heinous crimes against the Sikhs, of the fate of fascist Nazis of second world war who are being punished till this day after extraditing them to Israel. These butchers of the Sikhs though they may be in the hiding anywhere in the world will be brought back to Khalistan, prosecuted and punished’ the statement declares,
The traditional Akali Dals has also been warned against taking any undue political recognition and mileage out of this brave act of historical glorification by meaningless rhetoric, They have done practically nothing to advance the goal of Khalistan, to which they committed themselves at the Hollah Mohallah convention at Anandpur Sahib, ‘Now this all of a sudden love for the two Sikh martyrs -is like shedding crocodile tears statement says.
The statement ends with a glowing tribute to the brave Sikh heroes by saluting them for their supreme act of martyrdom and vows to achieve Khalistan by making any sacrifice for which Bhai Jinda Sukha has shown the way like many other lakhs of Sikh martyrs of previous Sikh history.
