Chattarpal Singh who was recently dismissed from the Haryana Cabinet by Chief Minister Bhajan Lal for allegedly misbehaving with an air-hostess has been suspended from the ruling Congress Legislature Party as well as the HPCE for challenging party leadership and violating party discipline The action is a prelude to his expulsion from the party onJuly5 when the PCC is scheduled to meet.
