CHANDIGARH, India: Eight persons were killed in various parts of Punjab during the last 24 hours. It was reported by police authorities at Chandigarh. It included Mr. Jatinder Datt, a sarpanch of V. Lakan Kalan, Giani Harbant Singh Bhaura of village Patran, district Jullundur.
