The tyranic man cannot be a Sultan As a wolf cannot be a shepherd. As Padshah who establishes oppression

Destroys the basis of the wall of his reign Sheikh Sa’di in Gulistan 1258 AD

The Sikhs have but one simple demand to which all human beings are entitled freedom. Delhi says it will protect the unity of India no matter how many people it has to kill. This stubbornness in pursuing a proven path to disaster is eventually going to cost the Brahmanical ruling aristocracy everything.

It is painful to see the western media call the murderous regime in India the “world’s largest democracy”. We have seen democracy evolve from the ancient city states of Greece where Socrates and Aristotle stressed the importance of free individual will to the near perfect modern model in this the greatest nation on earth. Nowhere in the history of nations or in political science is there a parallel to the Indian system except perhaps the last days of the Roman Empire. Corruption has spread like cancer into the vital organs of even the despots The Indian system which was doomed at birth can at best be described as a freak bred by Brahmanical cunning and greed coupled with opportunity. The ill-gotten power which was won in large part by the sacrifices of the Sikhs is now being used to oppress these very people.

This week Punjab was declared a disturbed area. The army was deployed in every village and town. The situation is the same in Kashmir another Indian colony. Have armies been used anywhere within their own nations to ensure “free and fair” elections. That ostensible reason given by Delhi is ridiculous. Is the army not out for the opposite reason? There have been no elections in Punjab for over five years now. Delhi ruled Punjab directly much as the British ruled over Delhi until 1947. Five years ago India said that there were less than 100 disgruntled Sikhs who were “terrorists” making the demand for Khalistan but dared not hold elections for fear the world would come to know what the Sikhs truly wanted. Over10, 0000 Sikhs have been murdered by the State since then. Among Rajiv Gandhi’s objections to holding elections in Punjab was that the Sikhs would use them as a referendum for independence. What pray are elections if not the determination of the peoples will. This is only scratching the surface of Indian “democracy”. The feelings of the Sikhs are echoed again in the words of that great Persian poet of antiquity Sheikh Sa’di when he says:

O tyrant who oppresses thy subjects! How long wilt thou persevere in this? Of what use is authority to thee? To die is better for thee than to oppress men.

It is an article of faith for a Sikh to pick up his sword in the name of truth righteousness and justice. For 500 years a mere handful of Sikhs have carried on a heroic tradition. Our Gurus themselves set glorious examples. Guru Teg Bahadur when asked to save himself from the executioner’s sword by renouncing his faith or by using his spiritual power tied a piece of paper to his neck and told the executioner to go ahead with his task and he would see a miracle. The paper had one sentence on it. “I give my head not my faith.” Thousands of Sikhs have treaded the road to martyrdom since. Sikhs know how to give their heads never to bow them to tyrants. Nations and dynasties come and go but Truth Faith and Justice eventually prevail in the affairs of the human race.
