BOGOTA,COLOMBIA: Two car bombs shattered a busy downtown district Monday, killing four people and injuring more than 120 as glass rained from skyscrapers. Twenty cars were destroyed and dozens of stores were severely damaged. Windows were broken in an area about a half mile square.
