LOS ANGELES, CA: The six year old drought that plagued Los: Angeles is at last over Municipal water officials state that the big storms have brought much more than normal precipitation in the Sierra Nevada this winter, He said the snow pack levels in eastern watershed were already 13% greater than normal for an entire season, Which reach & maximum level in April. As a result, all mandatory conservation measures were lifted by Los Angeles months ago.
State officials have not yet declared end to the drought in California as a while because & number of important reservoirs remain below capacity and ground water tables are low.
