Dr. Sidhu belongs to Moga in District Faridkot. He did his M.B.B.S. from Government Medical College Patiala in 1972. He was politically active and was a student union leader in 1973. In 1973 he left India and went to England. In 1977 he came to U.S.A. and did his residency and post-graduation in orthopedics. In 1982 he came to California and started practice at Tracy. He is on the Board of Certified Orthopedic Surgeons. He is the only Sikh in this line in Northern California.
Dr. Sidhu loves Punjabi language and Punjabi culture. He formed a Pacific Punjab Cultural Society and arranged a cultural show on Baisakhi of 1983. Later he joined Sikh Educational and Cultural Organization which published a number of pamphlets and books.
Kuldip Sidhu is happily married to Manjit from En- gland. She is very social and also manages his office. Sunni and Ravine are two brilliant sons of whom they are very proud
