He appealed for donations to the Relief Fund created by the Government in exile for the benefit of the families affected by Indian atrocities. He assured that not a single penny from the donations so far received was wasted, and hoped that the nation will continue to give generous donations so that the families of those martyred or captured by the Indian security and police forces were not left helpless.
